Warum hab ich ständig diesen Nebel im Kopf?“
hat mich neulich jemand aus der Community gefragt.
Und ja… diese Frage kenne ich gut.
Nicht nur aus meiner Praxis.
Sondern auch aus meinem eigenen Leben.
Ich hatte als Kind oft Schwierigkeiten, mich zu konzentrieren.
Ich hab schnell gedacht: „Ich bin einfach nicht so schlau wie die anderen.“
Aber das stimmte nicht.
Für mich war Lernen einfach nicht sicher.
Wenn ich was falsch gemacht hab, wurde es gefährlich.
Und mein Körper hat das nie vergessen.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich heute etwas Neues lernen will,
kann dieser alte Alarm wieder auftauchen.
Dann kommt dieser Nebel.
Ich finde keine Worte mehr.
Ich starre auf den Bildschirm oder das Blatt –
und nichts geht.
Nicht, weil ich dumm bin.
Sondern weil mein System geschützt hat,
was damals zu viel war.
Was es gebraucht hat,
war nicht mehr Anstrengung.
Sondern ein neues Umfeld.
Mehr Sicherheit.
Mehr Mitgefühl mit mir selbst.
Heute weiß ich:
Lernen darf weich sein.
Es darf mit Wärme verknüpft sein.
Mit Menschen, bei denen ich mich nicht kleiner machen muss.
Und genau da setzt auch mein Tageskurs im Juni an.
Wie Co-Regulation wirkt, wie unser Nervensystem sich beruhigen kann,
wie Lernen und Leben wieder leichter werden –
darum geht’s.
